One Year In: Justice Molter’s Reflection of the Indiana Supreme Court

When Justice Derek Molter was nominated to replace Justice Steven David on the Indiana Supreme Court, Chief Justice Loretta Rush described his new position as “a big job” with a “high bar” and “a lot of responsibilities.” In his reflection, one year later, he believes those words were an apt description of his position.
